During your long-term work interruption due to any reason, be it a low season, a broken leg or a sabbatical, QTAKE Plan Hibernation automatically extends your QTAKE Pro plan by a month every time the virtual license pool hasn't been used for a month.
▫️ What period is "a month" exactly? A month means any uniterrupted 30-days period. It doesn't need to match a calendar month.
▫️ What does "virtual license pool not in use" mean? QTAKE Pro plans are activated as virtual license pool in the QTAKE Rental Shop. These pools are then consumed by creating free, 1 - 90 days long orders through the QTAKE Rental Shop. When the order is created, the pool is "in use" during the licensing period of that order.
▫️ Is QTAKE Plan Hibernation available immediately? This benefit will be rolled out to user accounts during the last week of March 2024.

Dave Davis is a video operator, who purchased a 1-year QTAKE Pro plan ending on January 1, 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he hasn't been able to use his virtual license pool from March 1 to April 5, 2024 (36 days). QTAKE Plan Hibernation has automatically extended his Pro plan by 30 days on March 31, 2024 (i.e. after 30 days). The end date of his QTAKE Pro plan has been moved from January 1, 2025 to January 31, 2025. Thanks to the QTAKE Plan Hibernation benefit, Dave has only lost 6 days of his plan and QTAKE covered 30 days by extending the Pro plan duration.
In general, information about virtual license pools can be found on the Dashboard, under License Pools. This section now also includes information about how many days the particular Pro plan hasn't been in use, as well as information about when was the last time the Hibernation automatically extended it's duration. The end date displayed is always then-current, including all extensions, if there were any. 
If the customers have multiple license pools, they will be able to use specific license pool to create an order. The default setting is "Automatically" in which case the Shop's algorithm will pick the pool with the highest number of free days to offer the lowest price of an order. If the customer wants to change this setting, the dropdown menu will show the available Pro pools and the configurator will recalculate the price of the order, depending on the selected pool and order parameters.
