Registration process is a bit different in case of an Owner Account and in case of an Operator Account, but both of them are quick, simple and free. The main difference between the Owner Account and Operator Account is, that while Owner Account can be created by signing up in the QTAKE Rental Shop, Operator Account can only be created by receiving an email invitation from existing Owner Account. Go to the QTAKE Rental Shop and fill out the sign up form. The password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one lowercase character, one uppercase character and one number.
When you successfully fill out the sign up form, you will soon receive a confirmation email asking you to confirm your email address by clicking a link. The confirmation email should be delivered within a few minutes - if not, please check your Spam folder and if you still won't be able to locate the confirmation email, contact us.
Clicking the link in the confirmation email will automatically sign you in and take you directly to the Rental Shop's Dashboard. Learn more about how the Dashboard works.
To start using your new QTAKE Rental Shop account, you can now:
You can also create a QTAKE Shop account directly from QTAKE. Start QTAKE and view the license information (File Room > Info menu > License button). If you are not yet logged into your QTAKE Rental Shop account, you will see a dash symbol under Shop Account.
Click the Create Account button and create your Rental Shop account as described in the steps above. When you return back to QTAKE, Shop Account will now show the email address you used to log in to the Shop and the bottom right button will be changed to Go to Shop.
Operator Account can only be created by receiving an email invitation from an Owner Account. If you are sure the Account Owner sent you the email invitation, but you still haven't received it, please ask the Account Owner to send it again and/or check your email Spam folder. Please note the invitation is only valid for 14 days, after this period the confirmation link expires and the invitation has to be sent again.
When you accept the invitation and would like to create an Operator Account, click the confirmation link and you will be automatically signed in to your QTAKE Rental Shop account and taken to the Dashboard. Learn more about how the Dashboard works.
