Your license file shall be delivered to you within a few minutes. If you still haven't received the license file even after 30 minutes, check the Order status by going to Orders in the main menu.
Waiting for payment status means there was a problem processing your payment and we haven't yet received it. See Problems with payment for more information.
Paid order means we have received your payment, but a problem occured while sending you the license. Contact us and we will resend you the email with the license file. For faster communication, make sure the message includes order number and the email address you use to log into the QTAKE Rental Shop.
Completed order means that we have received the payment and sent you the license file. If you haven't received it into your mailbox, check the Spam folder. You can alternatively download the license file directly from QTAKE by going to the License info window and clicking the Update button or from QTAKE Rental Shop's dashboard, under License Files.
